Inspection scope and limitations
A chimney inspection is limited to the agreed scope and accessible conditions at the time of inspection. Concealed damage, future performance, code compliance, and safe-operation certification are not guaranteed. Specialized inspection, internal scanning, cleaning and repairs require separate arrangements.
Appointments and fees
Online submissions are requests only. Appointments, fees, and service availability must be confirmed directly. Written inspection agreements control the actual inspection scope.
No repair warranty
